Our 2007
Bridge-Building challenge was a great success! The winning team
(two 10 year old girls) built a bridge that supported nearly 100
pounds! Are you up to the challenge? Students will learn
the principles behind truss bridges, then, armed with just 100
popsicle sticks and white glue, they will spend three days creating
their own truss bridges with the option of competing on Friday for a
1st, 2nd, or 3rd place trophy! |
